Looking for Cheap Snorkel Gear?

If I were looking for cheap snorkel gear, I'd start at Amazon.com. However, as a rule, I'm not a fan of cheap snorkel gear or any scuba gear that could be considered cheap.

The reason I'm opposed to cheap scuba gear is that it's really very expensive. Think about it. You spend lot's of time and money planning a dive. Perhaps you have to travel and or get time off of work. Perhaps you have to make reservations and coordinate with friends and or dive partners.

Going through all that work and or hassle to get ready for a dive adventure and then putting it all at risk by going with cheap snorkel gear makes no sense.

Here's what I'm talking about. You finally get to your dive and within the first hour, your cheap snorkel gear fails. What then? Quite likely you have just wasted a huge amount of time and money. Unless you can quickly and easily replace the now broken snorkel gear, you're out of business, your vacation and dive are over.

Okay, rant over.
